I love these bagged pre-cut/pre-washed vegetables from Trader Joe's.
In a glass bowl, I added the oil to the vegetables. To the cauliflower, mushrooms, and butternut squash- I sprinkled on salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano. Additionally, to the butternut squash, I added cinnamon.
I covered the baking sheet with aluminum foil for an easier clean-up. To prevent sticking, I spread some olive oil onto the aluminum foil. Then I added the vegetables to the baking sheet.
Finally, place the baking sheet into the oven for 17 minutes or until fully roasted and tender!
